First time visit. I only know English so I was nervous about asking for help but once I went to check out and explained to the cashier that my wife and I watch "Korean Englishman" on YouTube, she conveyed she could show me more Korean type foods in the store. I honestly don't know if I purchased any Korean food, but the spicy instant noodle that I had last night was quite good. Most of the instant stuff has wheat but there were a few options that were dairy and wheat(gluten) free. Hadn't thought of this until now, but other countries' wheat might not cause the same gluten type issues that American food causes, and same with milk? So as long as we're not allergic, maybe we're more free to try more foods than I initially thought.

Very good selection for chinese Burmese viet and others. Slightly lacking for japanese (no bonito) but otherwise excellent.
